Return Policy

Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for a store credit only. Please read our expanded policy below:

You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging and gift wrap.

All tags must be attached. 

To cover the cost of return shipping and restocking there is a $6 fee that will be deducted from the amount owed to you at the time of your return.

If you need to make a return as a result of our error (for example you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the return shipping costs.

To request a return please do the following:

Send us an email at websterroadpaperco@gmail.com and provide us with your full name, order number and reason for return request.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks which allows for transit time for us to receive the return and process it once it arrives and for your bank to processes our refund request.
